Praying for 40 Days, For Life
You may have heard of the 40 Days for Life Campaign. It is 40 days that is specifically set aside each year to pray for the end of abortion. This year it begins on September 23rd and end November 1st. It is a relatively simple yet impactful way to stand up for Life!
The 40 Days for Life organization has many different resources on their website as to how you can pray for the end of abortion, locations for prayer vigils, and they even show the impact the 40 Days for Life campaign has had around the world.
Will You Join Friends of Options for Women – River Falls?
As Friends of Options for Women – River Falls we are joining with others around the globe to pray for the end of abortion. As part of this campaign, we will be posting every day for 40 days on our new Facebook page on ways that you can pray, how you can support Options for Women, and how you can support other pro-life organizations. Will you join us for these 40 days? Will you commit to prayer? Will you commit to supporting Options for Women? We cannot do this alone. We need you!
Ways You Can Join Us
There are a couple key ways you can show your support through the 40 Days for Life campaign.
- Commit to praying every day for the end of abortion
- Invite your church, small group, family and friends to pray with you
- Join a prayer vigil outside Planned Parenthood in St Paul. (Check back on our Facebook page for more information soon!)
- Like and follow us on our new Friends of Options for Women – River Falls Facebook page
- Share the new Facebook page with your friends
- Share this blog with your friends
- Tell others about Options for Women! The majority of our clients hear about Options for Women through their friends. Word of mouth support is vital to reaching abortion-vulnerable women.
- Donate to Options for Women
- Volunteer at our clinic. There are so many ways you can get involved and support our clients!
