Constant improvements and training opportunities are vital for our clinic – our clients deserve the very best. So we are constantly holding in-services, conferences, etc. for staff at Options for Women / River Falls. But in May, we had the opportunity to attend a training that ranks at a whole different level!
The Speravita Institute provided training for a program called Focus Method. It is a very concrete, researched, directed process with proven results for working with a client considering abortion.
The training covered all elements of operation from marketing to client service processes to follow-ups. Last year, the Focus Method Center saw 84% of the clients choose life. We are so excited at Options for Women / River Falls to begin implementing what we learned into our client service programs! We are confident this program will help us in the service of LIFE!
