During the month of May, Options for Women/River Falls will be participating in the World’s Largest
Diaper Drive.
The World’s Largest Diaper Drive is taking place all over the country in an effort to assist mothers in
need. Every single day in communities across the Midwest tens of thousands of mothers have to use
(and re-use) diapers because they can’t afford to purchase enough diapers to keep their child clean, dry,
and healthy. It’s a sad fact that one in three families need help to diaper their babies. Diaper banks and
organizations from across Ohio, California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Maryland, Minnesota, New
York and Washington have joined together to do something about that by collecting 2 Million diapers
in one month to help those most in need. Here at Options for Women – River Falls, we are teamed up
with Options for Women centers in Minnesota to assist in achieving this goal. Please assist us as we set
out on an historic journey to make life a little easier for moms and their babies in our local communities.
Diapers (for any age) can be dropped off during regular office hours during the entire month of May. We
are located at 214 North Main Street, River Falls. Our hours are 9:30-4:00pm Mondays, Wednesdays,
and Fridays and 10:30-7:00pm Tuesdays and Thursdays.
